The judge of the Zaeltsovsky district court of Novosibirsk Galina Lazarev arrested the artist Artem Loskutov 10 days after the detention at the last monstration. This was reported in the support group of the artist.
As specified, Loskutov was given two 10 -day periods: the first part 1 of Article 19.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (disobedience to the legal order of a policeman), the second - in part 3 of Article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (the organization of an inconsistent event that entailed the functioning of the infrastructure). However, Lazareva emphasized that the arrest of the artist is not summarized .
As the OVD-Info writes , this means that one period is absorbed by another and in fact the flaps will have to sit out for 10 days. Thus, he will be released on May 11.
Earlier, Taiga.info reported that during the consideration of the case under Article 19.3, Loskutov’s lawyer Valentin Demidenko petitioned for the interrogation of three witnesses - participants in monstration, as well as the mayor of Novosibirsk Anatoly Lokty, who prohibited the action. The first of Lazarev’s petitions satisfied, the second was not.
Several dozen people appeared to support Loskutov. Only part of them were allowed into the court building, and half of those who met the building could not get into the courtroom: it is alleged that the hall is too small for so many public.
This year, the Novosibirsk City Hall for the first time refused to coordinate monstrium - the traditional May Day procession with absurd slogans and elements of the carnival. Then Loskutov agreed with the organizers of the “Yabloko” procession that the monsters would join their column.
About 500 people came to the action. Gathered with the posters “Lord forgive”, “freedom, equality, sisterhood”, “how many months in May?”, “Lepreecons of all countries, connect”, “The cat of the mebius walks on its own”, the “heterosexual poster” gathered on Kalinin Square. However, the police did not let them in the apple trees. Law enforcement officers referred to the fact that the content of the posters did not correspond to the declared topic of the procession.
Then the Monstraots went along the red prospectus away from the center. The police did not let them on the roadway, but did not interfere with walking along the sidewalks. Having reached Yerevan Street, the procession moved back to Kalinin Square, but the riot police blocked the further movement of the column.
After that, Loskutov invited the participants to remove posters and inorganized to get to the city hall. On Lenin Square, Monstrants again launched posters and began to demand that they go out an elbow. Before the monstration, more than 5 thousand people signed a petition with a call to Loktu personally reach the action, and he promised to do this on the air of the Russia-24 channel.
The gathered at the city hall chanted: "Lokot, come out! Come out, a vile coward!" However, the official did not go to the square. Having skipped "not a man!", The monsters began to diverge. They handed over posters to the organizers for the exhibition, which opens on Saturday.
At the end of the rally , Loskutov was detained by the operatives of the CPE and, after the factory of administrative protocols, was left in the police before the court.
