Politsyk Sergey Mokhnatkin, sentenced to 4 and a half years of strict regime, was taken to IK-4 of the Arkhangelsk region in Kotlas. This was reported on her Facebook page by activist Tatyana Pashkevich. In her post, she also brought the address of the colony and the data of the Politsek to send him letters and transfer money.

The fact that Mokhnatkin is transferred to the Arkhangelsk region became known on April 24 . However, at that time there was no information in which of the 5 colonies of a strict regime located in the region, the politicalkery is being taken.

Meanwhile, Mokhnatkin himself sought to leave him a term in Moscow as an exception . He asked the human rights activists to influence the administration of pre-trial detention center-2 Butyrka accordingly. Politsyk motivated this request, in particular, the desire to personally participate in the consideration of the complaint filed in the Tver district court of the capital of the police illegal detention on the Triumphal Square on December 31, 2013.

In addition, Politzek was afraid that he would be sent to the same colony where he was serving the first term - IK -4 general regime in Torzhok, Tver region. As explained in the capital's PMC, Mokhnatkin in IK-4 "Boda with the administration and expects that he would be powerfully met." Why the prisoner considered it possible to send a general regime to a colony, when a strict regime was appointed to him by the court verdict, it was not specified.

On April 17, Mokhnatkin opened the veins when the escorts came to take him to the stage. After that, the politicalese for several days was hospitalized in the psychiatric department of the Butyrki hospital.

Sending to the colony is avoided by a very small number of prisoners. As a rule, these are those who cooperate with the pre -trial detention center. They are left in the Hozo-Service or attracted to the torture of prisoners in press khats. Mokhnatkin, however, not only did not collaborate with the Butyrki administration, but constantly entered into conflicts with it.

The verdict of Mokhnatkin was issued on December 10, 2014 by the judge of the Tver District Court of Moscow Alexei Stekliev . He found the activist guilty under Part 1 of Article 318 of the Criminal Code (the application of non-hazardous violence to a representative of the authorities), considering it proved that during the Strategy-31 campaign in December 2013 he attacked the colonel of the 2nd Opera of the Moscow Central Internal Affairs Directorate of Moscow Sergey Shorin and an employee of the same regiment Tatyana Grigorenko. On April 3, 2015, the judge of the Moscow City Court Andrei Titov left the sentence to Mokhnatkin in force.
