The case is Goryachev. Materials of the prosecution

On Friday, the third meeting in the case in the case of Ilya Goryachev, whom the accusation calls the creator and ideologist of the neo -Nazi organization, is being held in the Moscow City Court. The jury was selected on Monday - in one day. To this day, one of them has already managed to leave the board for trying to collect information about the case outside the courtroom.

At the first meeting, the jury managed to hear the accusations, and the parties to interrogate the sister of the murdered anti -fascist Fedor Filatov Olga Koloskov and Alibek Azizov, the brother of a citizen of Tajikistan Salokhiddin Azizov, to whom the neo -Nazis cut off their heads.

At the second meeting, the court examined the episode about the murder of lawyer Stanislav Markelov, who was convicted of life -long neo -Nazi Nikita Tikhonov on January 19, 2009, shot down with Novaya Gazeta journalist Anastasia Baburova. The court announced written evidence on this episode - including part of the Goryachev correspondence, which was mentioned from the Markelov name - and interrogated the victim, the brother of a lawyer who recently formed his powers of the State Duma deputy Mikhail Markelov, and the witness, deputy chief editor of Novaya Gazeta Sergey Sokolov.

Judge Pavel Melekhin did not announce what would happen at today's meeting.

Goryachev is charged with part 1 of Article 209 of the Criminal Code (creation of a gang), part 1 of Article 282.1 of the Criminal Code (creation of an extremist community), part 3 of Article 222 of the Criminal Code (illegal circulation of weapons and explosive devices). He threaten the punishment up to life. The investigation calls him involved in the five murders - Filatov, Azizov, Markelov, Anti -Fascist Ilya Japaridze and student Rasul Khalilov.
