
Tariffs for housing and communal services in Russia for April 2015 increased by 0.3% after an increase of 0.1% in March, 0.4% in February and 0.6% in January, Rosstat said on Wednesday.
From January to April, tariffs increased by 1.4%. In January -April 2014, the figure was less - 0.4%, and in general, last year they increased by 9.4%.
Until 2012, the main growth of tariffs for housing and communal services was traditionally in the first month of the year. But in 2012, due to the transfer of federal gas tariffs and electricity from January 1 to July 1, the regions were also recommended to increase housing and communal services tariffs from July 1. Therefore, a jump in tariffs has been taking place since the middle of the year.
Compared to April 2014, housing and communal services tariffs increased in April 2015 by 10.5%.
Inflation in April decreased to 16.4%
General inflation slowed from 1.2% in March to 0.5% in April. In February, it was 2.2%, in January - 3.9%, Rosstat said.
In annual terms, inflation in April decreased to 16.4%, in March in annual terms this figure was 16.9%. For comparison: in 2014 in April, prices rose by 0.9%, from the beginning of the year - by 3.2%, in annual terms - 7.3%.
In April 2015, prices for goods rose by 0.6% - for food - by 0.3%, non -food - by 0.9%. Rosstat did not fix the price of services for services.
In annual terms in comparison with April 2014, prices rose by 18%: for food - by 21.9%, for non -food goods - by 14.2%.
In Moscow, consumer prices for a month amounted to 0.5% (since the beginning of the year - 8.5%), in St. Petersburg - 0.4% (since the beginning of the year - 8.9%).
Product prices in April slowed down 5 times
In April, prices for fish products rose. Fish canned fish went up by 2.7%, a living and chilled fish, cut frozen (except salmon rocks), salty, pickled, smoked fish, as well as herring fillets, went up by 1.5-1.7%.
In a group of dairy products, the prices for dry dairy mixtures for baby food rose by 2.9%, for cottage cheese glazed cheese - by 2.4%. Yogurt, condensed milk with sugar and dry whole milk rose by 1.2-1.8%.
In addition, olive oil, coffee, tea, jam, jam, jam, creamy ice cream went up by 3-4%; For 1.3-2.6% - lamb products, cereals from cereals, melted cheeses, margarine, lamb (except for boneless meat), some types of canned food, confectionery, salt, sauces, spices and concentrates, soft drinks and grape wines.
Most of the observed species of fruit and vegetable products have fallen in price: fresh cucumbers - by 18%, bananas - by 13%, garlic and oranges - by 5.9%, grapes - by 4.6%, potatoes - by 2.1%.
But the prices for fresh white cabbage increased by an average of 5.4%, for carrots - by 4.2%; On onions, frozen vegetables, dried fruits and nuts - by 2.4-2.9%.
Reducing prices was observed for domestic cheeses and Brynza - by 2%, for buckwheat, solid and soft rational cheeses - by 1.4%, poultry meat - by 1%, millet by 0.5%, RIA Novosti reports.
Rosstat noticed a “significant increase” of prices for seasonal goods: bicycles for children and adults went up by 7.0%, roller skates - by 2.8%. 2.5-3.7% more expensive are more expensive jackets, sneakers for adults and children, women's shoes and sandals.
In the group of medicines, the prices for Valocordin, analgin and medical thermometers increased by 5.3-6.1%, validol, acetylsalicylic acid, taurine, bandages, and blood pressure measurement devices-by 2.6-3.6%. At the same time, Suprastin, xylometazoline, sulfacetamide and glycine fell into 1.0-2.0%.
In April, a noticeable increase in communication tariffs was recorded. So, the fee for sending a simple letter increased by 11.8%, per minute of the local telephone connection - by 5.4%, for sending a telegram - by 3.5%.
Earlier, the Deputy Minister of Finance Maxim Oreshkin stated that inflation in the Russian Federation in April 2015 may amount to 0.6-0.7% compared with 1.2% of inflation in March. The first deputy chairman of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation Ksenia Yudaeva also expected a slowdown in this indicator compared to March.
