Irina Kalmykova appointed six days

Irina Kalmykova, detained in Bolotnaya Square on May 6, the court appointed an arrest for six days on charges of repeated violation of the procedure for public events. Judge Natalya Susina, who in August 2014 issued negotiations to four participants in the events in Bolotnaya Square, refused to admit the defender Boris Mamatov, since he did not have a notarized power of attorney. Kalmykova asked to postpone the consideration of the case, because she did not have time to report the meeting to another defender, - the judge refused. During the meeting, Kalmykova said that she did not chant the slogans in Bolotnaya Square (contrary to what was written in the police protocol) and stood silently.

The court neglected the fact that Kalmykova has a child under the age of 14, in connection with which she could not be sentenced to administrative arrest.
