Alexander Ryklin, who was detained on May 6 at Bolotnaya Square, was sentenced to 10 days of administrative arrest. The court found him guilty of organizing an uncoordinated event. At the meeting on the administrative case of Alexander Ryklin, Judge Natalya Cheprasova rejected the defense's motion to call the police officers who detained him, but agreed to attach video materials to the case, however, she considered that they did not confirm Ryklin's innocence. Ryklin during the meeting stated that there was no rally on Bolotnaya Square, he insisted that he was standing in a single picket. The police report says that Ryklin called for shouting "Death to the fascists", "Shame", "Freedom to political prisoners." The court asked the mayor's office whether a notice had been filed about the event on Bolotnaya. At the meeting, the answer of the mayor's office was announced that the organizers were invited to hold the event in front of the house 13 on Marshal Vasilevsky Street (near the Schukinskaya metro station). An explanation was also read out, allegedly written by Ryklin himself in the police, although lawyer Tatyana Prilipko stated that only his last name was written by him with his own hand. The lawyer accused the drafters of the protocol of official forgery.

Semyon Zon-Zam, accused of violating the procedure for holding a public event, was sentenced to a fine of 10,000 rubles.

As it became known later, Elena Zenina received the same fine on the same charge.
