The monument to Stalin was made in North Ossetia according to the project of the Lipetsk Communists, who raised funds for its installation. The monument appeared at the regional committee of the Communist Party on May 5, the grand opening was assigned at 12:00 on May 8.
On May 5, the Memorial Human Rights Society disseminated an application against the installation of monuments to Stalin in Russia on the eve of Victory Day.
