The ECHR Comminized the complaints of the defendants in the swamp case Andrei Barabanov, Alexei Polikhovich and Artem Saveelov for a conviction. This was reported by Interfax with reference to the lawyer "Agora" Dmitry Dinze. The Russian authorities must present their position on the case until June 19.

The head of "Agora" Pavel Chikov clarifies on Twitter that these complaints are given priority.

As Vedomosti previously wrote , complaints were filed on December 19, 2014, the day before the output of the half -year period, which passed after the sentence entered into force. As Chikov explained, such a later appeal was explained by the need to receive the minutes of the court hearings to justify the claims of the Political Zecks.

All three applicants are defendants in the first swamp business. On February 24, 2014, the chairman of the Zamoskvoretsky District Court of Moscow, Natalia Nikishina, sentenced Barabanova to 3 years 7 months of a general regime, Polykhovich - to 3 years old 6 months, and Savelova - to 2 years 7 months under part 2 of Article 212 (participation in the riots) and part 1 of Article 318 of the Criminal Code (the use of non -hazardous violence to a representative of the authorities). On June 20, the College of the Moscow City Court consisting of the chairman of the judge Olga Nedenina, as well as the judges of Ekaterina Fisenko and Olga Svirenko, left the sentences to the Politsyki in force.

Savelov was released on December 31, 2014, completely serving his term. Barabanov expires on December 28, 2015, and Polykhovich-January 26, 2016.
