Alfa-Bank notified creditors of Uralvagonzavod OJSC of his intention to apply to the court with a bankruptcy statement of the company. This was reported by TASS with reference to the press service of the bank.

The Deputy General Director of UVZ Alexei Zharich told the agency that Alfa-Bank’s actions are related to delay on the loan of the subsidiary of the Uralvagonzavod LLC “ChTZ-Uraltrak” LLC. Currently, the delay is repaid.

"Nevertheless, the bank immediately presented the entire amount to repay, and now he is trying to bankrupt the entire corporation. The bank is officially notified that the" ChTZ -Uraltrak "is waiting for a decision on state support, which will be aimed at restructuring the enterprise's loan portfolio," Zharich said. According to him, the "ChTZ-Uraltrak" developed an anti-crisis program.

“In addition, the devaluation of the ruble and a number of government decisions made it possible to increase orders for civilian products. We consider this step of the bank unknown and hope to resolve the issue in the channel of the dialogue,” said Jarich.

Earlier, RBC reported that Alfa-Bank filed a lawsuit in the Moscow Arbitration Court demanding to recover more than 6 billion rubles and 39.72 million dollars from the Uralvagonzavod due to the delay in the Credit "ChTZ-Uraltrak". At the end of April, it became known that Alfa-Bank filed a second lawsuit against UVZ. The same “CHZ-Uraltrak” and Technopark LLC Tractorozavodsky are the co-standers in the case.

UVZ produces road construction machines, all-metal gondola cars, specialized wagons and railway tanks, as well as military equipment. In particular, the Armata caterpillar platform has been developed at UVZ. A promising T-14 tank was created on its base, BMP, self-propelled guns and other machines are developed.

The cost of the tank in open sources is not called. Earlier, Oleg Bochkarev, Deputy Chairman of the Board of the Military-Industrial Commission, said that the current T-14 price is too high, and the manufacturer should work on reducing the cost.
