Irina Kalmykova was released in the courtroom

The Moscow City Court, having considered Irina Kalmykova’s appeal against administrative arrest for her presence on Bolotnaya Square on May 6, decided to release her in the courtroom. At the same time, Kalmykova was found guilty under Part 8 of Art. 20.2 (repeated violation of the procedure for holding public events), but was released from punishment, since it was impossible to arrest her as the mother of a child under 14 years of age.
