The first instance verdict Blogger Kalinichenko was upheld

The factory district court of Kemerovo, under the chairmanship of Judge Irina Masalitina, upheld the first instance verdict in the so -called "Listen Retvit case", which is a person involved in the blogger Stanislav Kalinichenko. At the decision, an amnesty was automatically used, which canceled the payment of a fine of 150 thousand rubles, to which Kalinichenko was sentenced earlier, the new Kuzbass publication reports .

The decision was made in the absence of the defendant and his defenders Sergei Chuvichkin and Philip Kalinichenko. Only the lawyer Igor Emelyanov was present in the courtroom. At the same time, the agenda about the need to come to the appeal was awarded to him by the FSB officers. They arrived in the court, to another process where Emelyanov was busy, and, according to Kalinichenko, "convincingly showed him which is more important."

“What happened, not just violations. This is a mess, even by the standards of the current judicial system. All my accounts are blocked, and will be blocked even after the end of the trial. I have no opportunity to not pay a fine, but to pay alimony and at all normally. Such an opportunity is simply not provided for by this political regime,” Kalinichenko himself told the publication.

In the near future, in order to prove his innocence and numerous violations during the investigation and consideration of his case, Kalinichenko plans to file a complaint with the ECHR.

The judge of the 7th section of the Zavodskoy district Kemerova Natalya Nitsuk fined Kalinichenko for 150 thousand rubles on March 12. He was found guilty under Part 1 of Article 280 of the Criminal Code (public calls for extremism), which at the time of publication provided for up to three years of the colony.

The leaflet, for which the blogger was persecuted, is entitled to "stop going to rallies and start acting!" . It was released on May 6, 2013 on behalf of the "first resistance detachment". The text called citizens to sabotage against representatives of the authorities. According to the first publisher of the leaflet - the user of Twitter @letokot - he photographed it on the patriarchal ponds. The publication @letokot accompanied the words "I am not calling for anything, I just share a photograph."

Kalinichenko was one of 89 users who shared the picture. Meanwhile, @letokot himself later deleted his tweet.

On July 11, 2013 , a search was held in Kalinichenko’s apartment . All electronic equipment was seized from a blogger. Also, a mobile phone was taken from him without specifying this in the protocol.

Initially, Kalinichenko had a witness status. Despite this, on November 6, 2013 he was detained and brought to the regional UFSB, and from there he was sent to the IVS . On November 8, a blogger was released on a recognizance not to leave. Later he was an official charge.

As noted, Kalinichenko became the first to be criminalized in Russia in Russia.
