Judge of the Lublinsky District Court of Moscow Oksana Zaretskaya extended the leader of the Party of Progress Alexei Navalny, convicted of the Kirovles case by 5 years conditionally, a trial period for another 3 months - up to 5 and a half years. Initially, the trial period appointed by Navalny amounted to 5 years, but in July 2014 the same judge Zaretskaya, according to the criminal-executive inspection, the FSIN extended it up to 5 years 3 months .

Zaretskaya made the current decision when considering another submission of the FSIN - on replacing Navalny of a conditional term in the Kirovles case real. The prison department stated that Navalny violated the regime of serving conditional sentence when in February he distributed leaflets to the “Anti -Crisis Marsh“ Vesna ”in the capital's metro, for which he was detained and arrested for 15 days. Initially, the consideration of this paper was scheduled for April 23 , but Zaretskaya underwent the trial, after Navalny said that he was not properly notified of the meeting, but found out about it from the press.
