Judge of the Lublinsky District Court of Moscow Oksana Zaretskaya extended the leader of the Party of Progress Alexei Navalny, convicted of the Kirovles case by 5 years conditionally, a trial period for another 3 months - up to 5 and a half years. This was reported by the correspondent of "faces" from the courtroom. Initially, the trial period appointed by Navalny amounted to 5 years, but in July 2014 the same judge Zaretskaya, according to the criminal-executive inspection, the FSIN extended it up to 5 years 3 months .
Zaretskaya made the current decision when considering another submission of the FSIN - on replacing Navalny of a conditional term in the Kirovles case real. The prison department stated that Navalny violated the regime of serving conditional sentence when in February he distributed leaflets to the “Anti -Crisis Marsh“ Vesna ”in the capital's metro, for which he was detained and arrested for 15 days. A year earlier, it was noted in the representation, Navalny was also arrested for 7 days for participation in the“ popular gathering ”in support of swamp prisoners.
Zaretskaya, however, rejected the performance. “Navalny really committed two administrative offenses,” the Mediazon quotes her decision.
Nevertheless, the presence of "offenses" the judge considered a sufficient basis for extending the trial period.
Meanwhile, Navalny appeared in the court with a large bag . As we might assume, he did not exclude that the FSIN representation would satisfy.

Initially, the consideration of this paper was scheduled for April 23 , but Zaretskaya underwent the trial, after Navalny said that he was not properly notified of the meeting, but found out about it from the press.
Earlier, the Federal Penitentiary Service has repeatedly achieved the replacement of a conditional deadline in the Kirovles case by real, but the courts denied this every time.
