Ivanovo Regional Court amnestied the activist Lysycin

The Ivanovo Regional Court rejected the appeal of the left activist Elizabeth Lisitsina (Krasikova) on the verdict of the Soviet district court. This was reported to the "faces" by the former swamp prisoner Vladimir Akimenkov. At the same time, the court freed the activist from an amnesty punishment to the 70th anniversary of Victory.

Lysycin is not satisfied with the decision of the regional court, since the amnesty does not serve as a rehabilitating basis. She intends to achieve recognition of herself innocent in the cassation.

On March 12, the judge of the Soviet District Court Ivanov Svetlana Denisova sentenced Lisitsin to a fine of 100 thousand rubles with a three -year installment payment in the case of extremism. It was such punishment that the prosecutor demanded for the defendant. Denisova found Lysycin guilty under part 1 of Article 280 of the Criminal Code (public calls for extremism), which provides for the four years of the colony. As noted in the verdict, the pregnancy of the 20-year-old defendant was considered a mitigating circumstance.

The FSB was opened against Lisitsina last spring , after the activist on March 2, 2014 placed on a personal page on VKontakte the text of Ukrainians to the people of Russia, who called for Russians to mass protests. The trial of the activist began on February 25. Lisitsina’s lawyer pointed out that the entire charge was based on the testimony of classified witnesses who, speaking in court, refused to answer protection issues.

The defendant herself did not plead guilty . Speaking in the process, she emphasized that she publishes texts not with the aim of calling, but with the aim of discussing. “The accusation is built exclusively on the fantasies of the investigator, no reliable evidence has been submitted, I do not trust the investigative psychological linguistic examination,” Lysycin noted.
