A man detained at a picket against construction in Strogino is about to be taken to court

Detained today on the territory of the Nord-West water base, activist Daniil Visly, who is protesting against the construction of a new sports school that has begun, is going to be taken to court. Now he is in the Strogino police department, where a protocol has already been drawn up against him on the commission of an administrative offense under Article 19.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (disobedience to the lawful order of a police officer).

Recall that this morning in the Stroginskaya floodplain on the territory of the water base of the Children's and Youth Center "Nord-West" the construction of a new sports school began. Base guards attacked protesters against the reorganization of the special protected zone, after which two people were detained by police officers, including Yevgeny Myshaev, a deputy of the Strogino municipal assembly, and Daniil Visly. At the moment, Myshaev, as Alexandra Bukvareva told OVD-Info, has been released from the Strogino police department, since he has the status of a deputy.
