The Novosibirsk Regional Court today dismissed two appeals against the administrative arrests of the artist Artem Loskutov. It is reported by RBC with reference to the artist's lawyer Valentin Demidenko.
“In satisfaction of complaints against a court decision under Art. 20.2 and Art. 19.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation we were denied,” the lawyer said.
Demidenko also noted that he had prepared a complaint against the decision to fine Loskotov 5,000 rubles.

After everyone dispersed, the police detained Loskutov.

Under both articles, Loskutov was sentenced to 10 days of arrest, according to the court decision, in fact, Loskutov had to serve 10 days.
