The bill on parking, which determines the procedure for organizing parking lots and parking lots, has been submitted to the State Duma today, TASS reports with reference to State Duma deputy Alexander Ageev.
"The document has 20 novels, we consider 20 questions important. This morning it is included in the State Duma," he said.
In particular, the draft law provides that "the powers to organize parking are transferred to the regions, and the money should remain there."
Ageev indicated that at present the norms for organizing parking and parking "are scattered in various legislative acts and are interpreted differently."
In turn, one of the developers of the document, a member of the Moscow Regional Headquarters of the All -Russian Popular Front, Ilya Sviridov, noted that the document prohibits "closing the numbers of cars in paid parking lots." In addition, the bill provides that "night parking should be free", and also prohibits the booking of parking spaces. “You know, this is done with cones and other designs,” Sviridov added.
