
A criminal case has been instituted in the Moscow region against three traffic police officers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, which are involved in the shooting and wound of a teenager. The law enforcement officers opened fire to defeat, pursuing the young man sitting at the wheel of a motorcycle.
Currently, a measure of restraint in the form of house arrest has been elected in relation to the two police officers, in relation to the third, a subscription about the lower -off wizard and proper behavior, the official website of the Moscow Region of the IC of the Russian Federation reports.
During the investigation, it was found that on May 11, 2015, a 16-year-old student of the Korolev International Law Institute was driving on the Stels Delta 200 motorcycle towards his house. "In the area of the village of Saburovo, two cars with special signals drove towards him. After a while, turning around, the teenager saw that one of the cars was following him," the press release said.
In the area of the stop near the village of Theology of the Binding of the Shchelkovo district, a car with special signals caught up with a novice lawyer, after which several shots were made from it. Then the teenager was wounded in his left thigh.
"Shots were made of unidentified traumatic weapons," the investigation department noted.
After the wound, the student moved off the side of the road and drove around the field. Police officers approached him, but they immediately called them to the incident and they, leaving the teenager, left.
As part of the investigation in hot pursuit, two inspectors of the IAZ of the VIBDDD of the MU of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia "Shchelkovo", who persecuted a minor student, were detained. However, during the initial investigative actions, it was found that another inspector was with them, and it was he who made shots from a traumatic pistol.
After the detention of the third accomplice of the shooting, police officers were charged under the village "a, b" part 3 of Art. 286 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("excess of official powers").
