Elections will be transferred to parliament

Combine the elections to the State Duma with regional and municipal elections. Now this issue is actively discussing parliamentarians. The idea of ​​transferring elections to parliament from December to September 2016 was supported by the State Duma speaker Sergey Naryshkin. In the fall, the State Duma will adopt an important budget law for the next year and for the upcoming three -year -old. That is why Naryshkin considers the election to the elections is reasonable. After all, then, the current deputies will be responsible for the decision -making by the budget. Meanwhile, other parliamentarians consider the acceleration of the election process pointless.
