On May 28, the Krasnodar Regional Court upheld the ten-day administrative arrest of activist Darya Polyudova for an unknown offense. She spoke about this on the social network Vkontakte, emphasizing that the meeting lasted only five minutes.
The regional court ignored the activist’s arguments that the district court issued a decision without allowing her to familiarize herself with the protocol on an administrative offense, and also that the protocol was drawn up at the police station for longer than the prescribed three hours after the arrest, and it does not contain her signature. Polyudova managed to get acquainted with the protocol only at the stage of appeal.
