The head of the Mejlis is accused of separatism

The investigative department of the FSB department for the Republic of Crimea and Sevastopol opened a criminal case against the head of the Mejlis Refat Chubarov for calls to violate the territorial integrity of the state. This was announced by the Prosecutor of the Crimea Natalia Poklonskaya. Poklonskaya clarified that the case was initiated under Art. 280.1 (public calls for the implementation of actions aimed at violating the territorial integrity of Russia).
