On May 28, the Armenian City Court found Musa Abkerimov, accused of using violence against a Berkut employee during clashes on May 3, 2014, in connection with the inadmissibility of the leader of the Crimean Tatars, Mustafa Dzhemilev, to the territory of the republic, guilty under the second part of Article 318 of the Criminal Code and sentenced him to four to years and four months of probation. The department noted that the defendant "admitted his guilt and repented."
