TV presenter Vladimir Pozner will not be able to take part in the Open Dialogues. This was announced by the organizer of the discussion, Nikolai Solodnikov. Pozner will be replaced by Meduza Editor-in-Chief Galina Timchenko.
Initially, Posner was supposed to talk with the Ukrainian MP Mustafa Nayem. However, the organizers decided to cancel Nayyem's participation due to threats from the Anti-Maidan movement. Nayem was replaced by Alexander Sokurov.
As a result, Galina Timchenko will argue with Alexander Sokurov “about hatred and the impossibility of dialogue”. The performance will start at 15:00. Meduza will broadcast live from the Mayakovsky Library in St. Petersburg.
At 17:00 Valery Panyushkin's dialogue with Arina Borodina will begin, at 19:00 Henry Reznik and Viktor Erofeev will talk.
