Three participants in the gay parade were left in the police department before the court

Three participants in the gay parade, held in Moscow on Saturday, remained in the Department of Internal Affairs to wait for the court, reports the OVD-info. According to the publication, this is the organizer of the action Nikolai Alekseev, who was returned back to the police from the hospital, as well as activists Evgeny Gerasimov and Vadim Gruzdev.

A protocol was drawn up on Alekseeva under two articles of the Code of Administrative Offenses 19.3 (resistance to the legal requirement of a police officer), and 20.2 part 1 (violation by the organizer of the established procedure for the organization or a public event). Protocols were drawn up on Gerasimov and Gruzdev only under Article 19.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses.

All three remain in the Tver department until Monday, when they should be judged in the Tver District Court. The remaining LGBT activists were released after the issuance of protocols under Article 20.2 of Part 5 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (violation of the established procedure by the participant in the event).

In total, about 20 people were detained on the eve of the gay parade not agreed by the City Hall. Two had to pick up an ambulance. Alekseev was beaten, passing along Tverskaya on an ATV, he had a injury to his head and suspicion of a fracture of his finger. After the end of the main detentions, Gay activist Ivan Brazhkin was attacked by Orthodox activists and was poured with pepper gas, as a result of which he received a burn.

Among the detainees were LGBT activists and provocateurs who came to disrupt the action. Elena Kostyuchenko, Margarita Rogova, Anna Annenkova, Mikhail Kotolevsky were delivered to the Tverskoy police department, among others, Mikhail Kotolevsky.

Five Orthodox activists who impeded the holding of the action, among whom was Dmitry Tsorionov, also known as Enteo, released from the department. In addition, a random passer -by Anton Drozdov was released, with whom a preventive conversation was held.
