Anti-fascist Alexei Sutuga disappeared from the IK-14 general regime in Angarsk, Irkutsk region. This was announced on Sunday by the OVD-info with reference to the post on Facebook by Politzek Olga Sutuga (as of 15:00 Monday, the recording was not available).
“Open Russia” Olga Sutuga explained that her son became known about the disappearance of her son on the evening of May 28. Then the Sutuga's comrades, who sent the Politzeku parcel, received it back with the wording "returned due to the absence of the addressee in the direction of the direction."
Meanwhile, on May 26, Sutuug in the colony was visited by the Irkutsk human rights activist who was not called "open Russia" named (as we can assume, we are talking about the head of the NPO "Siberia without torture" Svyatoslav Khmenkov). The social activist asked the head of IK-14 Lieutenant Colonel of the internal service of Sergey Gurulev whether it is planned to transfer Politzeck to another colony. “We think about it,” the FSINovets answered.
Since then, neither relatives nor lawyer Svetlana Sidorkina can establish the whereabouts of the stoop. Politzeck's mother expressed fear that he was transferred to a maximum security colony.
Sidorkina managed to get through to Gurulev. He confirmed that the bosom in the IK-14 was not, but he refused to explain exactly where and when the political prisoner was taken away and why his relatives did not notify about this. The FSINovets motivated his refusal by the fact that he cannot identify the interlocutor as a lawyer Sidorkin by phone.
In the commentary of Open Russia, Sidorkina regarded the translation of the sutug into a maximum security colony as illegal. Only the court can take decisions on changing the concluded regime of detention, the lawyer noted. When the whereabouts of the Politzek is clear, Sidorkina intends to file complaints with the central and regional heads of the FSIN, as well as to the Prosecutor General’s Office.
The lawyer added that on June 1, she sends complaints about all the penalties with which her client was subjected to IK-14.
The planned translating of sowing into IK-2 strict regime in Angarsk became known in early May . At the same time, the corresponding decision was drawn up not as a change in the regime of content, but as a disciplinary sanction in the form of 1 year of content in a chamber -type premises - the internal prison of the colony - alone. However, it was decided to send this period to serve this term to the PCT of another colony.
The decision was made by the disciplinary commission on April 20. A few days earlier, the stoop was placed in a local PCT for 3 months - until July 18. The basis for this penalty, the FSINOVSI called the fact that the politicalese allegedly had an unfastened collar and an unexpected bed. Meanwhile, the relatives and Sidorkin have no doubt that the political beliefs of the sutug, as well as his refusal to cooperate with the CPE and the colony administration, became the actual cause of the penalty.
Earlier, the anti -fascist twice for fabricated accusations was placed in a schizo.
On September 30, 2014, the judge of the Zamoskvoretsky District Court of Moscow Elena Korobchenko sentenced the Sutug to 3 years of 1 month of the general regime under part 2 of Article 213 (hooliganism committed by a group of persons) and paragraph "A" of part 26 of the Criminal Code (delaying beatings from hooligan motives). On December 17, the collegium of the Moscow City Court, chaired by Olga Nedonina, left the sentence unchanged.
As stated in the case file, Sutuga, along with "unidentified persons" beat young nationalists into a cafe. The activist himself insisted that he had intervened in a conflict that had already begun to stop him and reassure the fighters.
Sutuga emphasized the political nature of the persecution, noting that the case was fanned with the participation of TSPE operatives.
