In the materials of the criminal case of the murder of the co-chair of the RPR-Parnas Boris Nemtsov, videos appear, where all the alleged accomplices of the crime are captured, in particular, Zaur Dadaev and Ruslan Geremeyev. This was reported by Rosbalt with reference to a source in law enforcement agencies.
The records are made by surveillance cameras at the Moscow airport after the murder. The first of them shows how on February 28 Anzor Gubashev and Beslan Shavanov arrive at the airport, and then fly to Grozny together. The next day, the cameras captured the arrival of three people at the airport: Geremeyev, Dadaev and Ruslan Mukhudinov, who escorts them.
In addition, according to the agency’s source, Gubashev in his testimony tells about Geremeyev. They often met in an apartment on Vernaya Street, where Dadaev lived. At the same time, Gubashev does not plead guilty to the murder of Nemtsov. He claims that he was used "generally." Dadaev did not mention Geremeyev in his testimony.
According to the source of the agency, the TFR is afraid that Gubashev can abandon their testimonies that Gubashev can abandon their testimonies. Now he and his brother Shadid are the only defendants whose interests represent lawyers for their intended purpose. However, soon lawyers hired by relatives will begin to protect them.
According to Dadaev’s initial testimony, Makarov’s pistol with a muffler and a certain Rusik gave him a car. According to various sources, the investigation considers the Rusik or the deputy commander of the Kadyrovsky battalion "North" by Major Geremeyev, or the criminal world of Mukhudinov.
Earlier, both Dadaev and another accused, Tamerlan Eskerkhanov, showed testimonies for Rusik. He was considered as a possible customer of crime. Subsequently, Dadaev refused these testimonies, explaining that he had given them under torture. On May 22, it became known that now the TFR considers the Rusik not Geremeyev , but related to the criminal world of Mukhudinov. However, as well as Geremeyev, the investigators still could not be interrogated.
The lawyer of the children of the deceased politician Vadim Prokhorov said that Mukhudinov has long been known for the investigation . His initials "Ruslan M." They were mentioned a month ago in the publication of Novaya Gazeta. The lawyer expressed the opinion that Mukhudinov, "most likely is related to the organization of the crime." “Of course, it needs to be found and interrogated,” the lawyer continued. “However, we believe that Geremeyev can tell more important information about customers of the crime.”
At the end of March, it was reported that Geremeyev was already questioned on the case . However, this information was later refuted. The Chechen security officials stated to members of the investigative group who arrived in Chechnya for the interrogation of the Kadyrovts, which did not have information about his whereabouts.
On April 13, it was reported that Geremeyev left Chechnya, and most likely from Russia . It was claimed that he flew out of Grozny with a direct flight to Turkey. However, there was no subsequent confirmation of this information.
On April 24, the media reported that Geremeyev became a suspect in the case of the murder of Nemtsov. This information, however, has not received official confirmation.
