Administrative proceedings have been terminated against Saratov activist Mikhail Lozenkov, who was charged with holding an uncoordinated rally. According to Svobodnye Novosti news agency , Lozenkov's representative received the relevant information from the police department. On March 1, the activist took part in a picket in memory of Boris Nemtsov, but later police officers came to Lozenkov's house and presented a protocol on an unsanctioned rally (Article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation), which he allegedly organized. The activist denied his guilt. A similar protocol was presented to another picket participant, Andrei Kalashnikov, but the activist does not know anything about the termination of proceedings in his case.
