The European Parliament limited free access to the Russian Permanent Representative to the EU Vladimir Chizhov, RIA Novosti reports with reference to the press service of the President of the European Parliament Martin Schulz. As explained in TASS in the press service of the European Parliament, Chizhov will be able to visit the European Parliament, "however, he will need to request a pass for every visit."

Earlier, the European Commission described the appearance of a black list of 89 European politicians who are prohibited from entering Russia as an arbitrary and unreasonable measure.
