
Oil prices will vary in the coming years at levels of $ 50-60 per barrel. The Prime Agency reports this, the Minister of Finance of the Russian Federation Anton Siluanov in the State Duma told reporters, where he represented the main directions of the government’s tax policy for the next three years on Tuesday.
"We have prepared a macroeconomic forecast for the coming three years, there we take into account quite modest levels of oil prices. This year, our forecast was at the level of $ 50 per barrel, the next - $ 60. Therefore, I believe that there are oil prices around these parameters and will vary in the coming years," the minister said.
On Tuesday, we recall, it became known that at the end of May 2015, Russia became the world's largest oil producer, overtaking Saudi Arabia in this parameter.
Earlier, Russian Energy Minister Alexander Novak said that Russia at the upcoming meetings with participants in the international forum of OPEC members in Vienna does not plan to negotiate specific production levels, but advocates that the oil producing countries do not increase production.
Meanwhile, some leaders of the largest Russian oil and gas companies decided to take part in meetings with some ministers of oil countries - OPEC members in anticipation of the summit.
The last macroeconomic forecast of the Ministry of Economic Development promises that oil price in 2015 will be about $ 50 per barrel, increasing annually until 2018 to 60, 65 and 70 dollars per barrel, respectively (according to the basic version).
In addition, the subordinates of Alexei Ulyukaev predict the average annual dollar exchange rate in 2015 at the level of 60 rubles per dollar, in 2016 - 56.8 rubles, in 2017 - 54.5 rubles, in 2018 - 53.2 rubles.
The real effective ruble exchange rate in 2015 will decrease by 15.2%by 2014, and then will grow: in 2016 - by 8.9%, in 2017 - by 4.5%, in 2018 - by 3.1%.
