A friend of Johar Tsarnaev, convicted of an explosion at the Boston Marathon, was sentenced to six years in prison for preventing justice. Earlier, Azamat Tazhayakov and another friend of Tsarnaev, Robel Filipos , were also found guilty by the court. The first is for the same crime as Kadyrbaev, and the second - for perjury. The announcement of sentences will be held on June 5.

According to the prosecution, Johar Tsarnaev and his elder brother Tamerlan planned and implemented the largest attack in the United States after September 11, 2001. On April 15, 2013, as a result of explosions at the finish of the marathon in Boston, three people died and 264 were injured. Tamerlan Tsarnaev was shot by police during the detention. Johara was found guilty of all 30 points. Among other things, Tsarnaev was blamed for the death of the victims of the attack: 29-year-old Kristle Mary Campbell, 23-year-old Lu Lynzhi and eight-year-old Martin Richard. In addition, he was found guilty of the subsequent murder of the 27-year-old policeman Sean Colliera and in a car, who led to a serious trauma to another police officer, 33-year-old Richard Donahu.

As a result of the long -term jury, the jury made a verdict, finding Tsarnaev guilty of all 30 points of the prosecution and sentencing him to the death penalty . He will have a deadly injection. Tsarnaev will wait for execution in prison for those sentenced to execution in Terra-Hota (Indiana). At the same time, the sentence made by the jurors is not final and is subject to appeal in the Higher Court of Appeal.
