On Tuesday, June 2, preliminary hearings in the Anarchist Ilya Romanov case were held in the Moscow District Military Court. This was reported on Wednesday by the site "For the will!" Politzek participated in a meeting on video communications from pre-trial detention center-1 in Nizhny Novgorod.
The court refused Evgeny Roman, lawyer Romanov, in all the staged petitions. In particular, the lawyer sought to be removed from him to non -disclosure of the case materials, which he was forced to give an investigation.

Romanov is charged with two episodes. The first - an explosion in the square in the center of Nizhny Novgorod - is qualified under part 1 of article 222 (illegal turnover of explosives), part 1 of Article 223 (illegal production of ammunition) and part 1 of Article 30 - part 1 of Article 205 of the Criminal Code (preparation for the terrorist attack). According to the second episode - the publication of an interview with Romanov Radio Libertaire , the body of the Ukrainian revolutionary confederation of the anarcho -syndicalists, - part 3 of Article 30 - part 1 of Article 205.2 (attempt on a public excuse for terrorism) were imposed to the activist. The activist denies his guilt on both episodes.
On the night of October 26, 2013, Romanov suffered, experiencing a homemade firecracker in the square in the center of Nizhny Novgorod. The capacity of the firecracker, as the examination established, was approximately 3 grams in the TNT equivalent. The anarchist lost his left hand; He is assigned the III group of disability.
Romanov was arrested. The case of the activist was conducted by the investigator of the regional FSB Ilya Kurkin. According to the case file, Romanov wanted to intimidate the city administration so that it stops cutting down city squares.
In an effort to prove the presence of Romanov’s goal to influence power (the presence of such a goal is one of the qualifying signs of a terrorist attack), the FSB attributed a certain text with threats to the city hall officials. As noted in the Politzeck support group, a full -time special services expert discovered this text in a computer seized in an apartment where Romanov periodically visited, but did not live, but belonged to an outsider to an outsider, at the time of the investigation of the already deceased. Meanwhile, in the laptop of Romanov himself and computers of his relatives, who were removed from the apartment where the activist lived, no such texts were found.
In addition, it is known that the original examination from the case file disappeared, and after a long time the same FSB specialist duplicated the conclusion, explaining that "it is the same."
The publication of the interview was imputed by Romanov only in February 2015 . According to the comrades of the anarchist, the FSB decided to be safe in the case of this episode in case she did not manage to prove the defendant's guilt in preparation for the attack. “If in court it beats off from the 205th by the bundle, which was torn off, the“ terrorism ”will still remain, according to which there will be a deadline and a bad thing,” the support group noted.
