The court of Asbest in the Sverdlovsk region recognized the text "Dulles to destroy the USSR (Russia)" with extremist material, Znak.com reports. The decision on the suit of the city prosecutor, published on the court website , was issued on April 7.
"The court found that on the territory of the city of Asbestos of the Sverdlovsk region, leaflets with the text" Dulles plan to destroy the USSR (Russia) "on the one hand of the sheet and the text of the Last wishes of the Ivanam" on the back side "are distributed to the postal boxes of the residents of apartment buildings," the decision said. Experts of the FSB in the Sverdlovsk region came to the conclusion that these leaflets "contain information aimed at initiating hatred and enmity in relation to representatives of state power in modern Russia."
The so -called Dulles plan is a fake that has been walking in Russia since the beginning of the 90s and dating back to the popular novel by Anatoly Ivanov’s “Eternal Call”. Now this text, attributed to the former head of the CIA Allen Dulles, is included in the federal list of extremist materials.
The satirical poem of the unknown author " The Last Wishes of the Ivanam " was included in the list of extremist materials back in 2012 on the basis of the decision of the Sterlitamak City Court in Bashkiria. In June 2009, the Khabarovsk Regional Prosecutor's Office opened a criminal case under the 282nd article against Natalia Ignatieva, who read this poem at the rally. A year later, the case was closed for the lack of corpus delicti, and the court ordered the Ministry of Finance to pay Ignatieva 338 thousand rubles as compensation for moral damage.
