Microdia has announced a 512 GB microSD memory card. The card will go on sale in July 2015. So far, the company has not even presented a working prototype.
microSD 512 gigabytes from Microdia will cost about a thousand dollars. The company expects that the card will be of interest to photographers, for whom not only the volume is important, but also the speed of data transfer. Microdia promises data transfer at speeds up to 300 megabytes per second.
A 64GB microSD can be purchased for $30. That is, eight cards (with a total memory of 512 gigabytes) will cost $240.
Due to the tiny size of the card, you need to keep a close eye on it so as not to lose it. (English.)
