"The holes of the Boule Shit!"

Some believe that the Russian propaganda of the Putin period blindly copies the Orwell Novoyaz. This is not so: while the Novoyaz turned the meaning of words inside out, leaving the meaning of understandable, although opposite to the generally accepted, the current hybrid language, which is in the Russian media, generally deprives the words of any mandatory meaning-more precisely, allows you to substitute any meaning, by circumstances.

In Orwell, for example, the “world is a war”, and at the same time the “non -linear” word -use, which was introduced by Vladislav Surkov, the world can be a war, the world, can be anything, at least with a pouring of seeds at the Moon, along a bar's whim. This is convenient: now the statements of Moscow diplomats and the Philippics of journalists, in principle, are not possible to understand correctly, because they have no normative value by definition. That is, of course, it is possible to make out their grammatical forms, try to guess the meaning of the proposal, but the success of the clue will be no more than in the classic example with "Gloka Kuzdra", which, supposedly, "Bokrenka bockenged". Where root morphemes are replaced with meaningless combinations of sounds, in the case of embarrassment, it remains to say: "Yes, you misunderstood me!"

In Burundi, also recently there was an attempt by the coup - does this mean that the list of mischievous politicians should wait for the “approval of the attempt of the coup”?

Such an embarrassment happened with a list of 89 politicians from the countries of the European Union, to which the Russian Foreign Ministry allegedly banned the entrance to the country. I am writing "supposedly", because everything in this story is a pure Surkovism, the mystic of the Putin period. Instead of a clear explanation of the logic of the ban, its causes and validity, deceitful body movements and cries distracting attention followed. The list was represented by unknown EU to the EU to the workers not a year ago, not last week. The validity of the prohibition is to cancel. The reason is completely unintelligible - "for the approval of the coup in Ukraine." Maybe in Moscow they did not read the epoch -making work of Leonid Kuchma "Ukraine - not Russia"? Or they read, but did not believe that Kyiv is the capital of another state? Here, in Burundi, also recently there was an attempt by the coup - does this mean that it should be waiting for the list of all -round politicians "for the approval of the attempt to a coup in Burundi"?

The Minister Lavrov is anxious - the West, they say, violated ethical norms! It turns out that the list was secret and did not imply public publicity. Here, in general, the mind goes to the mind: from whom can such a defeat be kept secret? From the affected ones themselves? Or were the punished politicians were obliged when receiving the warrant to give a non -disclosure subscription? And, draining the information to the seal, did one of them trampled the ethical norms, so dear to the heart of the minister? And then what is the instructive meaning of the sanction if no one knows about it?

To top it off the general clinical picture of the “stupor of pure mind”, the Russian Foreign Ministry called the educational measure “manifestation of high trust”, which the West did not justify.

Of course, some Balagur, like me, could beat this method by calling the West anti-Putin's sanctions by the "Apotheosis of Fruitful Cooperation", and the exclusion of Russia from the "Big Eight"-the "civilizational chance of Russia". But the fact of the matter is that Western politicians (and not the West in general, which is a collective concept and, unlike household names, cannot have a personal opinion, nor any special behavior that deserves censure) is completely deprived of the specific sense of humor, which is called humanism in Russian. They are more afraid to lose the generally accepted dictionary, the basis of mutual understanding. They are afraid to get lost in the wilds of private and optional meanings of words. They are afraid of the Surkovs. Therefore, it can almost certainly be assumed that henceforth, the sparkling improvisations of Russian propaganda, Western diplomats will meet boring verified vocabulary, where freedom will mean freedom, and not slavery and not "make it possible." Nobody has yet managed to cancel order forever.
