On November 25, 2013, the Lokhmat, the Gordon Charles Gordon Blayser, the US citizen, the former Secretary General of the Confederation of Football of North and Central America and the Caribbean Basin (Concacaph), rolled into the hall of federal judge Raymond Diri, which is now engaged in the FIFA business. Then the conductor did not yet know how to correctly pronounce the abbreviation - FIFA - and asked for advice from those present.
He also asked the guard to see if anyone was eavesdropping outside at the door - and ordered to close it to the key. The huge Blazer, who weighed more than 200 kg, told the judge that he was sick with colon cancer, diabetes and atherosclerosis and was going to find himself guilty. They decided to carry out the procedure behind closed doors so as not to frighten Blazer's accomplices, whose turn will come only a year and a half later.
According to the protocol, the judge asked how old he was. “68,” Blazer answered after a small pause. The conductor said sympathetically that he was also sometimes stimulated, calling his age. “This is probably something Freudian,” he suggested.
Then the Judge Keier asked in very details whether the accused voluntarily pleads his guilt and whether he understood everything in the document about the confession and cooperation with the investigation. And he also very accessibly explained to the former high -ranking representative of FIFA, which means the word “conspiracy” that appears in his business: “Suppose, we are comrades, we met on the street and agreed to sell marijuana - this is a conspiracy, even if we did not sell a single gram.” 
Revelations "Rats"
In November 2011, two years before Blayser’s acquaintance with Judge Diri, two investigators came to the FIFA official-one of the FBI, the other from the tax department-and presented him evidence of his tax evasion of millions of dollars. Blazer, who for many years was the main football figure in the United States and the second in rank on the Caribbean, obviously found these evidence irrefutable because he agreed to cooperate with the investigation in exchange for condescension.
The first to find out about this was the New York "Daily News"-on November 1, 2014, the newspaper printed a huge article under the sensational name "The Football Rat! The first hand story about how Chuck Blazer, a former American football figure and a bump in FIFA, became a secret informant of the FBI. ” “Rat” in this context means “informer”. The article was illustrated by closed judicial documents that only lawyers usually drain the press in the United States, and contained such adventurous details as, for example, a keychain for keys with a tiny recorder obtained by Blazer from craftsmen from the FBI.
Going in the summer of 2012 to the Olympic Games in London, Blazer, who from 1996 to 2013 was a member of the FIFA Executive Committee, was invited to his five-star Maifer hotel for a large group of football figures and, talking with them in a restaurant, laid a keychain with a microphone on a neighboring table. Among his interlocutors were the Russians and Australians, responsible for the efforts of their countries to become the mistresses of the 2018 and 2022 World Cup.
According to Dailey News, Blazer talked with Andrei Sorokin, who headed the Russian Baby Committee, his Australian colleague Frank Low, as well as Anton Baranov, the Secretary of the Russian Minister of Sports, Vitaly Mutko, and Vitaly Logvin, chairman of the charity fund “For the Future of Fencing”. Peter Hargity was invited to the conversation (by the way, he was an ethnic Hungarian, whose parents left Hungary after the 1956 uprising), a long -term special adviser to the communications of President FIFA Zepp Blatter. 
President FIFA ZPPP Blatter, who declared the decision to resign, was listed in the confidential list of 44 leading football functionaries, whom the FBI instructed to develop Blazer. It is not clear what results this development brought. In the 164-page indictment in the FIFA case, the Blatter name is not mentioned, but anonymous law enforcement officers informed the press that he was definitely the subject of their interest.
In this case, Blatter was unreasonable to make any public statements about the corruption scandal in FIFA, and his legal advisers, apparently, advised him to get away from his post from sin. But the election of the new President FIFA will not take place earlier than December. Before that, the blatter, obviously, will have to diligently “filter the bazaar”.
Among the FIFA documents declassified by the Brooklyn court are a transcript of recognition of not only Blayser, but also Daryan Warner, the son of a former Vice President of Fifa Warner, who for a long time was the right hand of Blatter. Warner was arrested in this case in his homeland, in Trinidad and Tobago, and was quickly released on bail. On June 3, Interpol at the request of the United States put on the wanted list of Warner, a member of the executive committee of FIFA Nicholas Leoza (citizen Paraguay), and four more defendants in their corruption schemes - all of them are charged with bribery, extortion and corruption.
As it appears from the transcript, both Daryan, and his brother Daril had long agreed to cooperate with the investigation. The first was involved in the speculation by tickets at the 2006 World Cup, which took place in Germany-Daryan earned at least $ 1.17 million on this. He admitted to fraud and money laundering. Trying to facilitate his fate, from November 30, 2012 to September 26, 2013, Daryan met at least 11 times with investigators and prosecutors and told everything that he knew about the morals of FIFA functionaries.
Judging by the fact that Daryan has not yet been sentenced, he can testify at the Brooklyn process of FIFA figures, if it takes place (suddenly the football functionaries arrested in Switzerland do not extradite to the United States. Or all the accused are recognized before the trial in exchange for condescension).
Apartment in Miami
Darill Warner, who was involved in the court on November 20, 2012 and pleaded guilty on July 15, 2013, has not yet been sentenced. He was accused of the fact that during the acquisition of a cooperative apartment in Miami in 2005-2006, he entered into a criminal conspiracy with two unexpected close relatives (presumably with his father and brother) in order to deceive the mortgage loan.
The apartment cost $ 990 thousand. Daril asked for a loan of $ 660 thousand and provided the bank with false information about his place of residence and work, income and avuars. Experts suggest that the interests of the authorities did not arouse his relatively trifling trick with a loan, but a relationship with Jack Warner, under which they dug up.
In addition to fraud, Daril was also charged with “structuring”, that is, the intentional conduct of financial transactions in an amount of less than $ 10 thousand so that the bank does not inform the Ministry of Finance. These tricks, as far as one can understand, had nothing to do with the purchase of housing in Miami, which, however, raises the question-are they somehow connected with FIFA's dark financial transactions?
It is possible that prosecutors hope sooner or later to persuade the Warner-Father to cooperate in order to facilitate the fate of sons. In the meantime, he denies everything and indignantly asks why football figures from Europe and Asia were not involved in the court. Looks like a racial card is played not only in the USA.
