An administrative case was opened instead of a criminal case for the “crucified Gagarin”

According to the results of the check against the artist from Perm, Alexander Zhunev, who was at the center of the scandal because of the graffiti with the “crucified” Yuri Gagarin, it was decided to confine himself to an administrative case, the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the Perm Territory told Interfax .

“Experts did not find any corpus delicti under the article “vandalism”, therefore, no criminal case was initiated. However, an administrative case was initiated against the artist (under the article “petty hooliganism” - IF), which was sent to the Magistrate's Court for consideration, ”said the press officer.
