Time Out received a warning of Roskomnadzor for pornography

Roskomnadzor issued a warning to the Time Out magazine website for publishing “pornographic information”.

This is stated in the department of the department, Interfax reports.

The department reports that the fact of posting on the website of the Time Out of the material “containing information of a pornographic nature”, which, according to the publication, corresponded to the age marking “16+”. Now this material is not available on the site.

“However, Federal Law No. 436-FZ prohibits the distribution of pornographic information among children,” explains Roskomnadzor.

The weekly magazine Time Out is published in 60 cities of the world. It publishes information about the events in the cinema, theater, fashion, literature, exhibitions, as well as restaurants and night clubs. In Russia, Time Out is produced in Moscow and St. Petersburg.

Two warnings of Roskomnadzor during the year give grounds for applying to the court, which may decide on the recall of the license from the element of the intriguer. On Monday, June 8, the department issued a second warning for the use of obscene vocabulary by the Maxim male magazine, but, as Izvestia writes, Roskomnadzor will not go to court and call him a license.
