Reachi is designed to ensure information interaction between volunteers working at the place of natural disasters and the Red Cross service, in conditions when there is no Internet, and the connection is unstable.
Since the device is intended for use in natural disasters, it has such characteristics as anti -jacket and waterproof, and also works on solar panels.
With Reachi, the volunteer can send a report to the Red Cross service, for example, about the number of families in need of medical care and their location.
A short message is transmitted from one device to another at a distance of 1 km. Thus, the Red Cross service receives an idea of the scale of the disaster, which allows you to provide assistance in a timely manner where it is most necessary.
It was also presented at Global Social Venture Competition in April this year.
The device is at the stage of industrial production.
