Carroousel group in Kaliningrad

The Swiss jazz-folk group Carrousel will perform on June 11 in Kaliningrad. The concert will take place at the Number one Awards-2015 music award ceremony.

The Regional Awards Awards is awarded to the most popular Kaliningrad musicians. The winners are determined during the vote on the site of the number one hit parade. After the award ceremony, a concert will be held, whose headliner will be honorary guests from Switzerland - Carrousel .

In 2007, the French accordionist Sophie Burand and Swiss guitarist Leonard Gonya formed a Carroouse duet. Then three more musicians joined them - Mathiez Frisis (keyboards, guitar), Thierry Katten (drums) and Christian Bron (bass). The group plays and sings jazz, European folk, indie-pop, ethnic, French chanson. Carroousel musicians released three albums - “Tandem” , “En équilibre” and “L'EUPHORIE” , this year the group was nominated for the Swiss Music Awards in the Best Talent category.

The Number one Awards-2015 award ceremony and Carrousel concert will be held on June 11 in the Kaliningrad Club "Log" , beginning at 20:00.
