In addition to contractors, financial claims to the Russian side are put forward by numerous subcontractors who concluded with the Russian side in the person of the General Customer RT-Expo SRL, individual work contracts for the work.

Alessandro Cheka, the manager of the Sech enterprise, takes an even more stringent position: "Claims are general, confusing and often do not belong to work performed by specific Italian enterprises, and, moreover, exhibited a month after the opening (Russian) pavilion."
Among the claims presented by the Russian side, defects in the functioning of electrical equipment and fire prevention systems appear. However, the Sech company did not perform these works. In another case, it is argued that GES.co.mont did not complete the construction of supporting structures, but numerous visitors visit the pavilion daily, and besides, the acceptance certificate was signed by the authorized by him.
