The court in the case of Ilya Goryachev, the creator of the nationalist organization Born, interrogated him for life -convicted ally - Nikita Tikhonov

On June 15, the trial of Ilya Goryachev, the creator of the nationalist organization BORN, which was supervised by the authorities (see The New Times No. 19 of June 8, 2015) continued. It was Goryachev, according to investigators and his former associates, who was the ideological inspirer of the combat organization of Russian nationalists. On the account of the group of the murder of a federal judge, migrants and anti -fascists - three of the participants were previously sentenced to life sentences. Born was killed by the lawyer of the left -wing views Stanislav Markelov, along with the journalist of Novaya Gazeta Anastasia Baburova.

The court interrogated Nikita Tikhonov, convicted of life for the murders of Markelov, and then received for an additional 18 years for other episodes. In the middle of the zero, 32-year-old Goryachev and 34-year-old Tikhonov were the founding fathers of the right-wing magazine “Russian Image”, from which the movement of the same name grew.

Goryachev opposed his presence at the beginning of the meeting, calling him “Suffler and Law Consultant Tikhonov in the absence of a lawyer”. Throughout the day, the defendant constantly records - in his hands a huge notebook, next to two more thick notebooks.

The native of the special services first helped with the protection of Eduard Limonov, then the nationalists - last year he was seen in an unrecognized DPR. Tikhonov himself calls him “frostbitten” and recalls that the instructor during the training of a knife battle told how he dismissed a businessman, for whom they did not give a ransom.

While the prosecution reads the program documents of the “image” about the dominance of “foreign-investors”, while Tikhonov tells the intricacies of the policy of the end of the zero, it seems that the jury will soon fall asleep-the faces of those present do not express any emotions. By the evening, the jury was promised to show Tikhonov’s interrogation recorded in the video, but at first there were not enough columns, and when the missing equipment was brought, it turned out that there was no benefit from it. As a result, the show was postponed until the next meeting on Wednesday.
