A court in Stavropol sanctioned the arrest of senior police lieutenant Maxim Timashov, who shot a cadet of the Stavropol branch of the Krasnodar University of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in the head.
The platoon commander Timashov shot at the cadet when he was on duty in the university canteen. “The guy fell asleep at the post, and the commander brought weapons to the guy’s head to scare him. The incident happened on June 15th. The cadet was seriously injured and was hospitalized in the intensive care unit of the hospital. The victim is in a coma.
