The Moscow City Court ordered the case of Alexei and Oleg Navalny to study the legality of the verdict. “The case is requested to verify the validity of the arguments of the complaint. The court will study the materials and if it sees that there are grounds for a review of the case by the presidium, then it will be appointed for consideration. If not, then the complaint will be rejected,” said Ulyana Solopova, head of the press service of the Moscow City Court.
