
A new strike of builders began at the Vostochny cosmodrome. This time 82 AMD workers are protested, which have not received a salary since April. Such information is reported by Amur-Info with reference to the concrete holder of AMD Alexander Kotelnikov.
The action began on Friday, June 19, but the protesters did not report it to the media until Monday. Meanwhile, already on Friday they filed a collective statement to the prosecutor's office of the cosmodrome, having a promise that officials would start checking on June 22.
Then, on Friday, the workers met with the representative of the AMD administration by the name of Lebedev. “He promised to list some advances in the evening of the same day,” Kotelnikov said. “But we didn’t receive anything. Therefore, today we are again at the workplace, but we do not work.”
Another working amd, which retained anonymity, told the publication that the protesters were ready to start a hunger strike. The bosses explains the delay in the salary with a lack of funds, added the builder. Meanwhile, in the capital's office, companies assure that salary money is transferred to the Amur Region.
The deputy prosecutor of the Cosmodrome Vitaly Bondarenko, for his part, said that the audit is underway and the "arguments of the applicants are confirmed." “Today, the prosecutor’s office was called the head of the Separate AMD unit. According to oral information, it is known from him that wage arrears should be paid this week,” the official said.
Earlier, on March 24, the workers of another subcontracting company - Stroy Industry -S, announced the strike. On April 4, part of the protesters also the hunger strike. To resolve the situation, Deputy Prime Minister Dmitry Rogozin flew out on the object.
After that, two criminal cases were instituted. The first was opened under part 2 of Article 145.1 of the Criminal Code (full non -payment of over 2 months of wage), which provides for up to 3 years of the colony. In this case, the general director of Stroy Industry-S Sergey Terentyev was arrested.
The second case was set under part 4 of Article 160 (assignment or embezzlement on an especially large scale), the sanction of which is up to 10 years of the colony. According to the Prosecutor's Office of the Amur Region, Stroyindustria-S received an advance of 48 million rubles "for the construction of the building facilities of the Cosmodrome", however, the management of the company spent this money "not related to the construction of the facilities of the cosmodrome."
Meanwhile, as of May 15, more than 100 employees of Stroy Industry-S were still left without a salary , and the total amount of the administration's debt exceeded 10 million rubles.
On the same days, the builders and workers of the East formed a trade union , independent of the union of builders, operating in a special system - an organization that is a general contractor in the construction of the facility. Whether the new trade union has the attitude to the strike of the workers "AMD", "Amur-info" does not specify.
