The City Court of Magadan recognized the member of the Central Council of the Party of Progress Georgy Alburov guilty of conducting an inconsistent rally, he reports on Twitter. The politician was fined 22 thousand rubles for the distribution on the street of the report of the Fund for the Combation of the Corruption of the History of Illegal Enrichment.
The policeman gave testimony in court that he was considering the distribution of brochures to picket, and the brochures themselves - a means of visual agitation.
“We were shown in the court of the video outdoors, while the moment was shown when they approached Alburov with threats, everything has everything under control,” said party lawyer Dmitry Krainev, who defended Alburov.
On June 19, Alburov, Taralov and Vellikok were detained by the police when a report by the FBK was handed out on the street. Earlier, two "gangster species of people" approached them alternately. They threatened the activists and said that "the authorities ordered them to be removed from the city." The next day it became known that the protocol was drawn up on Alburov under part 2 of article 20.2. (Organization or holding a public event without submitting a notification in the prescribed manner about a public event).
Meanwhile, the press service of the prosecutor's office of the Magadan region said that the legality of the detention by police officers Alburov and his associates Dmitry Taralov and Anna Vellikok were being verified. In particular, an assessment of the legality of the preparation of an administrative offense against Alburov will be given.
"In addition, the prosecutor’s office controls the course of conducting verification measures on the fact of beating one of the party activists. In particular, an order was given to verify the version of the political motive for the commission of a crime," the report said.
On June 21, in the city market of Magadan, two unknown people attacked Taralov . They shouted "Vali to Moscow!" Taralov's teeth were broken. He filed a statement to the police.
Activists discovered the car where the attackers arrived. Both criminals closed in the car and refused to get out of there even despite the requirement of the arrived police. They followed the supporters of Navalny for the past three days. At the same time, it turned out that the license plates of the car were written off and the day before there were other numbers on it.
As a result, traffic police officers loaded the car into a tow truck, although the law prohibits such an operation if people are inside. Activists were informed that the car was being taken to the penalty. The opposition on their cars moved after, but along the way, all their cars under various pretexts were detained for verification.
Alburov himself wrote: "Officially: local security officials are involved in the attack on Taralov; they are covered by power; responsibility lies on the governor of baked." Alburov also did not rule out that the criminals attacked Taralov by mistake, while their real purpose was to beat him himself.
Alburov is running for elections to the Magadan Regional Duma on the list of RPR-Parnas. On Tuesday morning, his first team filed a package of documents to the local election, Krainev reports .
