The wisdom of bossy prohibitions is an inexhaustible topic. That's why it is not surprising that together with Putin, who praised himself , signing the law on foreign agents, many people's chosen ones recalled this legal norm. Who simply cursed, who wrote a denunciation to the Prosecutor General’s Office, and MP Sidyakin, the initiator of the Law on Suspicious NGOs, disturbed the Minister of Justice.

Everyone had the same reason.

On the website of the Consumer Rights Protection Service, a “memo” was published soon, in which compatriots were warned against a visit to the “occupied territories”. Responding to letters of citizens, the chairman of the OZPP Mikhail Anshakov and his colleagues informed the Russians that they were waiting for them after the Crimea. Literally.

It turned out that the consequences could be quite serious. Some of the Russian tourists have already been refused the issuance of Schengen visas - on the grounds that they rested in Korsuni without permission, which, according to international laws, had to be obtained in Ukrainian departments. The process only went, but there is reason to assume that the action of these personal sanctions will gradually expand.

In addition, traveling to Crimea was strongly recommended subsequently to refrain from visiting Ukraine. There they can be punished at least "for entry with violation." There is such a norm in the Criminal Code, which provides for a fine or arrest for 15 days. If in court it is proved that the tourist visited the peninsula "in order to harm the interests of the state", then it can be planted for many years. A separate paragraph was addressed to Russians who wanted to acquire some real estate in these temporarily occupied Palestins. The authors of the "memo" urgently advised compatriots not to do this and "abandon the undertaking."

Of course, the Prosecutor General’s Office soon discovered in the text “calls to carry out an extremist nature”, the OZPP website blocked by the Stakhanov pace, the deputies rushed to swear and write nurses, and Putin praised himself and the lower for wisdom. And how could it be not to praise? Here they showed legislative vigilance, ordering the potential Russophobes to call themselves “foreign agents”, and the site slammed, then only a malicious article, then again the site ... Let Dura Lex, but it is effective!

However, questions remained.

First of all, to Vladimir Vladimirovich. He said that "the latest practice says that it was not in vain that we introduced this concept," that is, pasted foreign agents. Only this case has nothing to do with the "concept" at all. For the Prosecutor General’s Office was aroused in the framework of another law, also very necessary and useful, but punishing for the “public calls for the implementation of actions aimed at violating the territorial integrity of the Russian Federation”. And Roskomnadzor put the plug on the site, fulfilling this particular article - part 2 of Art. 280.1 of the Criminal Code. The agents here did not spend the night close.

By the way, the relevance of the application of this article is also not quite obvious. Mikhail Anshakov and his comrades - they were calling for Russians? By caution when visiting territories that the whole world with rare exceptions recognizes, to put it mildly, annexed. The authors of the "Memo" notified the fellow citizens that they might encounter such a dilemma: either the Crimean - or the Schengen visa. In the end, the tourist has the right to know where he will not be allowed and where they will put him. To inform about the genuine value of various goods, including Crimean real estate, is the direct duty of those who undertook to protect the consumer rights of Russians. What does the "public calls" know what? Yes, and if the phrase "Foreign Agent", as our authorities claimed, does not conceal any negative connotations, then the "occupied territories" should not cause the prosecutors to cause the slightest insults.

In general, one gets the impression that our wise bosses, having embarked everything in the world, is already beginning to get confused in his laws, for nothing that lawyers. And when the aforementioned Putin states that “it was precisely for this that the concept of“ foreign agent ”was introduced so that foreign states do not use this kind of instruments for interference in our domestic political affairs,” you don’t know directly what to think. First, how about the presumption of innocence? What, the spy stone has already been found, under which instructions for the chairman of the OZPP lay? Secondly, Mikhail Anshakov voluntarily called himself an "agent" - and who helped in the Kremlin? As grateful Russians read his "memo" - they read it. As Crimea was occupied - it remained.

This, by the way, is a separate question: should Russia be official to substitute its civilians under sanctions or the state, as if competing with the OZPP, should notify vacationers about visa and other problems threatening them? Even if these problems do not yet affect everyone who decided to swim in the Crimea - the enemies will not track each vacationer (in a good way)? However, the efforts of Putin, Sidyakin and other scandal around the squeezed peninsula turned out so loud that everyone found out about the “memo”. As well as the fact that the Russian state does not care about its consumers: let, they say, at home are sitting or basking on the Crimean sunbeds in the rays of the unfading glory. In general, citizens received a master class on international law, equally, the president himself advertised a free advertisement for a “memo”, and there they themselves decide where to go or not go. Freedom of movement in one direction or another is one of our integral conquests.

The wisdom of bossy prohibitions is an inexhaustible topic, nevertheless it is time to somehow round up with it. Putin marveled at his foresight, the prosecutors supported him, the deputies sat down to scribble where noisy yabeds needed: all in business, all well done. So it works - a state machine, burdened with concerns and laws. A dead -looking machine, but consisting of living people who need constant confirmation of their own rightness. Another story with Crimea only strengthens them in this mind, and the universal shame easily excavated by laudatory speeches. It is known that you can’t praise yourself - you walk all day like a spatched one.
