Gaskarov was denied parole

The Novomoskovsk City Court denied Alexei Gaskarov, who was sentenced to 3.5 years in prison in the Bolotnaya case, parole. This was reported on Twitter .

Gaskarov's lawyer Svetlana Sidorkina acquainted Judge Elena Gorlatova with the positive characteristics of Gaskarov's work, as well as positive feedback from neighbors and representatives of the Zhukovsky People's Council. In the description provided by IK-6, the administration noted that Gaskarov was characterized positively, but the leadership of the colony considers his release premature. In the colony, Gaskarov did not have any penalties, but he received two penalties in SIZO-5 (“Vodnik”), one of them was not paid off.
