Judge of the Zamoskvoretsky District Court of Moscow Alexei Kaveshnikov extended to civil activist Ildar Dadin for a month for another month - until July 27. This was reported by the correspondent of "faces" from the courtroom. At the same time, despite the petition of the lawyer Ksenia Kostromina, Kaveshnikov once again did not allow Dadin a walk.
On extending the activist of house arrest, the senior investigator of the Zamoskvoretsky inter -district department of the Investigative Committee, senior lieutenant of Justice Natalya Pototskaya, insisted. The assistant to the Zamoskvoretsky inter -district prosecutor named Kulikov supported the request.
Kaveshnikov noticed that Dadin was contained under house arrest for 5 months, and asked what the investigation was doing all this time. “The prolonged nature of the investigation is due to a large number of witnesses,” said Pototskaya.
The case was initiated against Dadin under Article 212.1 of the Criminal Code (repeated violation of the legislation on rallies). The activist faces up to 5 years in the colony.
On January 30, Dadina was detained and placed in the IVS, but the prosecutor's office did not support the application of the investigation to send the suspect in the pre -trial detention center. As a result, on February 3, Kaveshnikov appointed Dadin a house arrest, the term of which has since been extended for the third time.
As it became known to the "faces", recently the activist was charged with the final edition. An episode was excluded from the case regarding Dadin’s participation in the national gathering on Manezhnaya Square on January 15, 2015. This is explained by two reasons. Firstly, for participating in this gathering, the activist was already subjected to repression in an administrative law-he was arrested for 15 days. Secondly, the criminal case against Dadin was opened according to an earlier episode. Meanwhile, the episode, which served as the basis for criminal prosecution, should be the latest in time.
At the same time, another episode was added to the activist, so their total number in the case is still four. Now Dadin is charged with participation in protests on August 6, August 23, September 13 and December 5, 2014. The last of these shares is an inconsistent procession along Myasnitskaya Street . Then eight activists with a banner "Kyiv - tomorrow Moscow" blocked the street, lit fireers and moved towards Lubyanskaya Square, where the FSB is located. Five demonstrators, including Dadin, were detained and left for the night in Basmann, but the next morning they released.
As expected, next week the activist will begin to familiarize themselves with the materials of his business.
In February, the Memorial human rights center regarded the persecution of Dadin, as well as two other activists, at that time involved under Article 212.1 of the Criminal Code, Vladimir Ionov and Mark Galperin - as illegal and politically motivated.
