The Islamic State was appointed Amir Vilayat Caucasus Rustam Aselderov (Abu-Muhammad al-Kadari), in 2012-2014, which was the "Amir of Vilayata Dagestan" in the "Imrat Caucasus". On Sunday, on one of the YouTube channels, the IG message appeared that all the militants of the Imarat of the Caucasus unanimously swore his leader Abu Bakru al-Baghdadi. It was argued that this decision was made by the Mujahideen of the Vilayatov Dagestan, Nokhchycho (Chechnya), Galgaych (Ingushetia and North Ossetia) and the "United Vilayata" of Kabarda, Balkar and Karachai.

On Tuesday, the International NPO Institute for the Study of War reported with reference to the statement of the press secretary of IS Abu Muhammad al-Adnani that the Islamic State took the oath of the Imrat Caucasus and formed the “Caucasus” in its composition. In the same speech, the press secretary of the terrorists said that Abu Muhammad al-Kadari was appointed Amir Vilayat Caucasus. Institute for the Study of War, however, did not specify to whom this pseudonym owns.

Meanwhile, on the website of the Caucasus Center, the official resource "Imrat Caucasus", information about the entry of "Imrat" is absent in the IG. Earlier in the same way, information about the oath of the militants of the Imrat "Islamic State" was previously ignored.

Aselderov is 34 years old. He fought in the Kadar zone in the territory of the Buinak district of Dagestan. According to the regional Ministry of Internal Affairs, in 2007 Aselders was involved in the court on charges of illegal storage of weapons and aiding for militants, but the jury justified it.

After that, according to the police, he took part in such promotions as the execution in February 2012, five hunters in the Karabudakhkent district, who accidentally discovered militants in the forest, as well as the murder of four men in the forest in the Buinaksky district. Aselderov was also called the organizer of the murder of the influential Sheikh Said-Afandi Chirkey, who opposed the Salafites. On August 28, 2012, Sheikh was killed by a suicide bomber who appeared to his house under the guise of a pilgrim and committed an explosion.

Since 2011, Aselders have been on the federal wanted list. Articles 105 (murder) and 222 of the Criminal Code (illegal turnover of weapons) are charged with him.

Aselders, one of the first commanders of the Imrat, Caucasus swore allegiance to Abu Bakru al-Baghdadi. He made a corresponding statement on December 19, 2014. The Amir of the Caucasus Aliashab Kebekov (Abu Muhammad Ali Ad-Dagistani) sharply reacted to the Demarch of Aselderov. He accused him of split and betrayal, removed the Amir Dagestan from his post and invited him to leave for the territory controlled by IG, and the new leader of Vilayata appointed Said Arakansky.

Meanwhile, on April 19, 2015, Kebekov was killed in Buinaksk by Russian security forces. Who has become the new chapter "Imrat of the Caucasus" is definitely not known. At the end of May, the Salafites, fighting in Syria, said that this place was taken by Magomed Suleimanov (Abu Usman al-Gimravi), the Amir of the Mountain Sector Vilayat Dagestan and Kadiy (Shariah judge) of this Vilailata. At the same time, it was expressed that Suleimanov will strive to preserve the independence of the “Imrat of the Caucasus” from the “Islamic state”. However, the official resources of the North Caucasian underground were still not confirmed by the election of the new Amir of the Caucasus.
