And he is not interested in European jumps, he does not particularly pull him here.

- And another stallion - Daning Home, Kadyrov also bought it last year, in Germany. But he was inexpensive. They say 15 thousand euros.

- How did these horses get to the Czech Republic? Are you with Ramzan Kadyrov negotiations about them?

- He has the main interest in Dubai. There are jumps, and he goes there. There the season begins on October 1 and continues in the winter. And for the summer horses are sent to Europe, because in the Arab emirates it is very hot for them. And Kadyrov decided to send them here to the Czech Republic, it was four to five years ago. Personally, we did not communicate with him, all his managers do. They offered me to bring horses here. In general, the agents asked, there was almost a scandal with them - that such good horses should be sent to France, to England or to Germany. And he did not want to, he said: I better here, with a Russian coach, so that Chekhov had them. It is not the main thing for him to make money, it is important that the horses feel normally, rest after Dubai races. And if, he says, the horses will be rested, in order, you can put them here for races. That's how we started working with Kadyrov.

-These horses in the Czech Republic and other European countries take part in jumps, that is, they earn some money ...

- Kadyrov does not want this money. If it is possible to earn on himself, he will be glad. And if it works more, then we will buy new horses at an auction in Germany, in France or in England. Horses are not cheap. Expensive content. Few people make money on rope horses.

- But you say that they performed on races also in Dubai, because they also earn there.

- I do not know about Dubai, there are also considerable expenses there. The plus there most likely is not.

- So you think that these horses are just a hobby?

- Hobby, yes. Kadyrov loves horses greatly, he generally loves animals. And in Chechnya there they have a tradition with horses, from time immemorial. He loves jumps. He never sold horses. He was offered, but he never sold them, ”says Arslangire Shavuev .

- We arrived from the Ministry of Finance, reported ... Yes, and I knew that his name was on the sanctions list. I immediately asked the inspectors from the ministry: what about horses? They have a very expensive content. We are a whole year, 365 days, we are carrying them every day. It is necessary to clean the day, the horse cannot stand, we only sometimes stand on Sunday. I asked, and they say that you can put horses on the races, and when the horses earn on themselves, this money can be taken to keep the stable. Only cannot be sent to Kadyrov. We cannot take horses to Russia now. And Kadyrov is displeased, but we cannot take out until the sanctions are removed.

- You say that horses do not earn on themselves. So, Ramzan Kadyrov additionally sends you any means?

-Every month he sends me 3-4 thousand euros.

- Is it only for maintenance?

He said: earn what you can, and keep the horses yourself. And if we have a plus, for example, we will earn 30-40 thousand euros, we can buy a horse at an auction

- Yes. Why do you think this is a lot? Kadyrov earned a little here on horses. We won the European prize two years ago (races are held in Cologne. - RS) - 100 thousand euros, he immediately recorded this stallion to the triumphant arch in France. And paid for registration in an additional one. When you do this in time, you pay 7 thousand euros, and when additional - it already costs 100 thousand euros. - No. Now he does not send. He said: earn what you can, and keep the horses yourself. -Previously, these horses participated in Dubai leaps in winter, is it stopped due to sanctions?

- The sanctions are acting - the horses will not go. We cannot take them out of Europe. In winter, the horse stands, it does not jump, does not earn. And you need to feed every day. Water, electrician, boxing, straw, oats, people need to be paid. Now, if they do not pay us money, then I have two people work on Kadyrov’s horses ... I will call again to send money. Well, I hope they will pay.

- And now all the money goes to the state treasury, does nothing suit you directly?

“No, not to the treasury, there is a center in Prague, in the Jockey Club, and there we write“ note ”, and what remains beyond that - they later send the owners to the accounts,” says Arslangire Shavuev.

Shavuev in the past was Zhokkey of the Soviet team. In 2001, he moved to the Czech Republic, where he trains horses, mainly belonging to immigrants from the countries of the former USSR. For comparison, the cost of a stable for one horse on the horsefire DarHorse, where the stallions of Ramzan Kadyrov is trained (it is located 50 kilometers from Prague in the village of Krabchitsa), is approximately $ 300 a month. In total, since 1997, the stable of Kadyrov earned more than 9 million kroons (about 380 thousand dollars). This year - about half a million kroons (more than 20 thousand dollars) - this money, due to the sanctions imposed, will remain in the Czech Republic.
