“It was established by employees of the criminal investigation department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in the Republic of Khakassia during the operational-search measures that the chief editor of one of the information Internet sites of Khakassia and one of the regional human rights social organizations are suspected of committing fraudulent actions against the applicant,” the department said.

A criminal case has been opened under part 4 of Article 159 of the Criminal Code (fraud on an especially large scale).

“It is important to note that the actions of the suspects are not related to their professional activities,” the Ministry of Internal Affairs emphasize .

According to the Khakassia news agency, the investigation plans to petition the arrest of the suspects.

The case of "Rosgosstrakh"

The ex-director of the branch of Rosgosstrakh LLC for Khakassia Oleg Khomchenko and his deputy Irina Dolgacheva in early June 2015 received two years in prison in part 4 of Article 159 of the Criminal Code (fraud). The day after the verdict, the Real Khakassia reported the fears of a lawyer for the life of Deputy Khomchenko Irina Dolgacheva, who, according to the defender, threatens in the pre -trial detention center “random” death.

On June 10, the publication is published by the monologue of the daughter of Khomchenko, who calls the case against the father of "pure water order."
